Rolling Aggregation Across 1 / 7 / 28 Days for Facebook

In Unified Analytics, we added widgets that display so called rolling aggregations of data across 1, 7, or 28 days on daily basis.

The rolling aggregation widgets are currently available on the following boards:

  • Social profiles -> Facebook -> Owned profiles -> Profile insights:

    • Overview

    • Profile vs. profile

  • Social profiles -> Facebook -> Owned profiles -> Global insights overview

Any widget supporting rolling aggregation features a set of dedicated aggregation controls and the following warning: “This chart has custom aggregation”

Rolling aggregates are an advanced statistical tool that shows the trend in the observable data in a way that reduces influence of seasonal spikes/drops and extraordinary events.

Saved Views in Search Results

In Unified Analytics, when you are searching for something, the search now looks into your saved views - in addition to boards, widgets, and metrics. The search dialog has a new tab - just for saved views.

[EARLY ACCESS] Asset Recognition for Collections and Assets

Asset Recognition for collections and assets in Emplifi Content is currently in early access. Some features may not be available or change before the full release. Please report any bugs you encounter.

If you do not see the option to activate Asset Recognition and would like access before the general release, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

AI-based Asset Recognition for Content -> Collections is now in early access. With Asset Recognition, you can effectively manage and track the image and video assets in your collections across incoming posts from public and private profiles connected to the Emplifi platform.

Activating Asset Recognition for a collection or an individual asset in your collection turns on automatic labeling for incoming posts that have assets which the AI identified as being the same or similar to an asset in your collection. This can help you find posts across supported social channels that use assets which may have been modified by localization, cropping, or other edits.

Asset recognition is available for the following platforms:

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • Facebook ads

  • X (formerly Twitter)

  • TikTok (only ad cover images)

Ratings & Reviews

Delete Shopper Data

Emplifi Ratings & Reviews users with the site manager role can now use a form from within Ratings & Reviews to submit a request to remove individual shopper data from the platform.

Site managers can use the customer email address or an external ID that they previously passed to Emplifi Ratings & Reviews.

The form also gives basic information about the shopper.

Product search for your product catalog in Emplifi Ratings & Reviews is in early access. Some features may not be available or change before the full release. Please report any bugs you encounter.

If you do not see the option for product search and would like access before the general release, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

You can now search for products in your Ratings & Reviews catalog. To access product search, from Emplifi Ratings & Reviews, go to Settings -> Product search.
