Get notified before your SSO certificate expires
You can now add a contact email address to your SSO configuration. Emplifi will use this address to send you advance warnings when your SSO certificate is approaching its expiry date, so you have time to renew it before your users are affected.
Notifications are sent automatically at 60, 30, and 7 days before expiry, and again if a certificate has already expired but is still active. Emails are sent only for active SSO connections — pending configurations are not included.
To add or update the contact email, go to Settings > Account settings > Single sign-on and look for the Contact email field in your SSO configuration card.
This feature is available on all accounts with SSO enabled.

With Reddit in Community and Care, you can:
-
View Reddit posts and comments collected via Listening queries in Community feeds
-
Filter and label Reddit content, and apply sentiment, language, and priority tags
-
Reply to Reddit posts and comments, and upvote or downvote them, using a connected Reddit user account
-
Escalate Reddit mentions from Community to Care cases
To engage with Reddit content, connect a Reddit account in Settings -> Channels -> Social profiles.
Reddit is available as an add-on and relies on Listening. To enable it, contact your Customer Success Manager or Emplifi Support at support@emplifi.io.

Profile-based case visibility in Care
Care now restricts case visibility based on profile permissions. A user can only see and manage cases from profiles they have been explicitly granted access to — making profile permissions the primary access layer for Care cases. The same permission concept that already controls publishing access now also controls which cases appear in a user's views.
Until this release, any user with Care access could see cases from all profiles in the account while case views provided the only applicable filter. With this change, the access boundary is enforced at the data level on profiles.
How it works by governance model:
-
Teams accounts: Users see cases only from profiles added to their team as resources with the Care management access level.
-
Legacy governance model accounts: Users see cases only from profiles where they have a profile role with the Care access enabled. The Care toggle was automatically activated for all users who already had a Community-activated profile role assigned.
Cases originating from Listening remain accessible to all users with the Access care permission.
This feature is available on Teams accounts and Legacy governance model accounts.

Intent response generator - deletion issue when using/saving utterances
It had been reported that when using the Intent Response Generator in conjunction with the AI Utterance Generator, that there were occasional instances where the two tools would not save work effectively and overwrite the output of each tool. This fix addresses that issue, allowing the two tools to be used in concert again.
Graphics contrast issue for attachment upload button
To further improve accessibility standards of the Web Messenger, the graphics contrast for the attachment upload button has been updated to better align to existing WCAG standards.
Updated flow/node connectors within the Authoring Canvas
To further improve the user experience when using the Authoring Canvas, the connector lines between nodes have been updated to match the colour code of their destination nodes. This is to allow an easier identification of the purpose of flow/node connectors within a Bot flow and provide further visual context for users in terms of what actions have been configured in a flow.
Add character counter to response nodes interface
Quick reply, text and carousel response types have now been updated to provide users with a real-time character counter for each displayed text field (button titles, descriptive text etc). This is to provide a quick reference point for users who want to use these response types on messaging channels that have character limits for these fields (e.g. Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs etc), further improving the ease of use of the authoring experience.
Simple Intent Engine Beta - Adding support for custom datatypes
The capabilities of the Simple Intent Engine have been further expanded to allow support for custom datatypes within the Intents configuration interface, allowing users to further enhance the accuracy and precision of the intent matching within their Bot.
