Take control of who sees what — introducing team-based campaign sharing in Publisher.
Campaigns in Publisher now come with powerful sharing and permissions controls, so your team always has access to exactly what they need — and nothing they don't. Every campaign starts private by default, keeping draft and embargoed content secure until you're ready to share it. When you do, you choose which teams get access, and those permissions flow automatically to every post within the campaign.
For organizations with the Teams module, admins can fine-tune permissions down to the action level — controlling who can view, create, edit, share, or delete campaigns, all from Settings. And with built-in safeguards against orphaned campaigns and accidental lockouts, you can manage access with confidence.
Campaigns are also now available on the Advanced tier, putting these capabilities in the hands of even more teams.

Web Messenger Widget updates
The Web Messenger widget (used with Webchat channels) has been updated to better align its functionality with existing WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards. This includes updates to the main Web Messenger panel, the launcher button & the attention bubble feature.
Assorted general accessibility improvements
An array of improvements have been made to the Bot platform in general to better align with WCAG standards and improve the user experience when using screen reader accessibility tools. This includes: navigation shortcuts using screen readers, enhancing announcement for bot messages, updating default graphics contrast for icons, addressing screen reader focus issues and announcement of file upload buttons.

Dynamic Boards in Unified Analytics are currently in early access. Contact your Customer Success Manager to request participation in the early access program. Some features may not be available or change before the full release.
Table visualization for Dynamic Boards
Dynamic Boards now include a Table visualization. Build multi-column tables by choosing a data set, picking the metrics you want as columns with per-metric aggregation (sum or average), grouping by up to two dimensions, sorting by any metric, and exporting to PNG, XLSX, or CSV.
