Intent naming conventions updates
The experience of creating a flow or routing rule within an existing intent has been updated, meaning a newly created flow or routing rule under an existing Intent will now have the same name as the intent rather than be referred to as “new conversation flow” or “new routing rule”.
Authoring Canvas visual rendering issues
It had been reported that in cases where clients were clicking the connectors between nodes or branch pathways on the authoring canvas, the authoring canvas would stop rendering and not display the user’s Bot. This issue has been resolved as part of a bug fix.
Outbound SMS control hidden in Agent chat experience
It had been reported that when outbound SMS messaging is configured on an Agent Group and an agent tried to interact with the related icon, the UI for outbound SMS information had been hidden behind the ongoing Agent conversation panel. This fix resolves the issue and makes outbound SMS usable again from this view.
Inline Web Messenger name editing
When renaming a Web Messenger, instead of opening a separate modal to edit the name of the Messenger, it can now be edited directly within the displayed list of Messengers by hovering over the Messenger you wish to rename.
