Sync Template Changes Across Child Roles

In Team Roles, when you save changes to a custom template role that has at least one child role, you are now prompted to choose whether to propagate those changes to the connected children or apply them to the template only. Only the specific changes made to the template are propagated - all other configurations in the child roles remain unchanged.

Duplicate Team Roles Across Teams

In Team Roles, you can now duplicate an existing team role to one or more other teams. Select ‘Duplicate role’ on any role in the team roles list, choose the target teams in the modal, and the role - including all its account permissions and product access - is recreated there without manual re-configuration. This option is available to Platform Admins and users with the Manage Roles permission.

Flow Automations: Business Hours

In Flow Automations, you can now trigger specific logic based on your team's operating schedule. By adding the ‘Check business hours’ action to a flow, you can branch your automation to deliver different outcomes—such as escalating high-priority issues to agents during office hours or sending tailored "Away" messages to set expectations when the team is offline.

This feature is available in Community and Care Automations.

Community

Teams Shareable Community Feeds

You can now share private Community feeds with specific Teams. When creating or editing a feed, select which teams should have access. Shared feeds make it easier to collaborate and ensure the right people see the right conversations.

Guidance warnings, Fallback intent support & bug fixes

This release includes:

• Guidance Warnings
  A new feature has been created and will be released as a Beta. “Guidance Warnings” allows users to enable a setting within the Authoring Settings of their Bot which activates a set of predetermined analysis checks on the general health of their Bot, highlighting potential issues with their design and offering guidance or steps to rectify a detected issue.

• Fallback intent support - Simple Intent Engine
  We have added additional support for “Fallback” intents within the Simple Intent Engine, further enhancing the scope of what the Beta can support.

• Bug fixes
  A series of small visual bugs and minor configuration issues have been rectified as part of this release.
