Change the Default Role in a Team

Teams now support changing the default role used when users are added to a team. With this update, admins can choose the role that best reflects how new members should usually join the team.

This makes it easier to onboard users at scale, keeps role assignment more consistent, and reduces the need to adjust each user’s team role after they are added.

This feature is available on Team accounts.

Profile Setup section in Social Profiles

A new Profile setup subsection was introduced within Social Profiles to better organize profile-level configuration and improve usability.

The subsection has been added to group key profile settings in one place:

Timezone selector
Country code selector
Color selector
Remove profile button

Emplifi Bot - Updating Agents module terminology & Node copying

This release includes:

Agents module terminology & conversations tab
We have updated the Agents module to address some misleading terminology that was causing some user confusion, with current wait time displaying as a timestamp. Additionally, the Agents module will now have a new tab that shows any queued conversations, with the ability to view the conversation, what skill or agent the conversation is routed to, duration of time the conversation has been in the queue, complete with a link to the conversation itself.
Node copying support
Users are now able to copy configured response nodes within a Bot to either the same flow or a different flow within the same bot, to avoid users having to manually rebuild nodes with a desired format or create a response group in order to reuse a node configuration
