Care reporting accessible without Care module access
The Access Care reporting permission has been moved to the Unified Analytics and Dashboard sections of a role. Users who have access to Unified Analytics or Dashboard can now be granted Care reporting access without needing access to the Care module itself.
Users who already have both Care and Unified Analytics or Dashboard access continue to see Care reporting as before.

Agents automatically set to Offline on logout
When a Care agent manually logs out of Emplifi, their status is automatically switched to Offline. Previously, logging out did not update the agent's status, which could result in the agent appearing available for case assignment after they had left the platform.
