To be able to collect user-generation content through @mentions and hashtags, make sure that your TikTok accounts are added to your Emplifi account as owned profiles (see Add an Owned Profile for Your TikTok Account) and that these profiles have the UGC and Listening connection established (see Check and Establish Connections of Owned Profiles).

Visualization and Quality-of-life Improvements

This release includes:

  • A planned fix to visual display for Quick Reply Responses
We resolved the issue of the connector branches for the default buttons of the quick reply response not being displayed unless an edit was saved. The connector branches for the default buttons are now displayed correctly from the first point of configuration.

  • Updates to the Bot Tester context display
To improve test annotation accuracy, we updated the Bot Tester to ensure that the default context of a conversation is populated before a test conversation is started.

  • Backend preparation to support the upcoming Inline Response Groups release
We made some changes to the backend of the Bot module to support the upcoming migration of Response Groups into the “Inline” format. This will allow you to manage and update response groups with greater ease, without the need for navigating to a separate menu in the Library Tree.
(info) This will not affect the configuration or usage of existing Response Groups.
