What’s new

  • Refined layout – The screen is streamlined to focus on password creation

  • Clearer purpose – The interface now communicates that you are completing the setup of an existing account by creating a password

  • Simplified form – The email input field has been removed to reduce noise

Why this matters

This update reduces confusion during onboarding by clearly guiding users to create a password for their invited account - resulting in a faster and smoother setup experience.

Find Team Roles Created From a Custom Template

You can now see which team roles were created from a custom template role.

When you open a custom template role, the new Related team roles section shows all child roles connected to that template, including the team where each role is used.

This makes it easier to review which team roles may be affected before updating a custom template role and applying changes to related roles.

Bot

Emplifi Bot - Bugfixes (timezones & URL IDs)

This release includes:

  • Bugfix - Timezones
We observed an issue with timezones and how their configuration was interacting with newer infrastructure updates, which could cause issues with the use of the transcript action within Bot. This fix addresses this issue.

  • FlowID parameters displayed in the Bot URL
We noted that intermittently, the FlowID would not be displaying as part of the Bot URL. We have identified the cause of this and addressed the issue, restoring the FlowID to the URL display.

  • Newline support in saving variables
We have addressed an issue where the shorthand for adding a newline to a piece of text and saving as part of a variable was not being supported.

Unified Analytics

Instagram Profile Performance: Paid vs. Organic

You can now separate Instagram profile performance into Paid and Organic directly in Emplifi Analytics, making it easier to distinguish results driven by paid promotion from those driven by organic content.

  • New preset boards in Unified Analytics: A new Organic vs. Paid Profile Performance section is available on the Instagram homepage with five preset boards (Overview, Time Comparison, Profile vs. Profile, Profile vs. Label, Multicomparison)

  • Dynamic Boards: Paid and organic Instagram metrics can also be added to any custom board using the widget builder.

  • Metrics covered: Media views, Likes, Interactions, Comments, Shares, Saves, and Reach

Dashboard

Instagram Paid vs. Organic: Media Views Widget

  • The Media Views widget in Dashboard now supports filtering by Paid, Organic, or Total for Instagram profiles.

  • Note: Dashboard supports the Paid vs. Organic split for the Profile-level Media Views metric only. All other metrics are available exclusively in Unified Analytics Dynamic or Preset Boards.
