Emplifi Teams
Emplifi Teams is currently available only to customers on the new Packaging & Pricing (P&P).
Teams is Emplifi’s new governance model, which helps you manage access across your organization by streamlining user onboarding and resource assignment, such as profiles and labels.
You can assign day-to-day user management to team administrators, keeping control local to each team while platform-level oversight remains available.
Teams can share reporting, saved views, and workflows so peers collaborate efficiently on campaign performance and customer care.
You get clearer data and governance separation between brands, regions, and departments, and a simpler path to onboarding new users.
A Team is the core unit of access. People can belong to multiple teams and have a Team Role in each one, so they only see the data and tools that matter for that part of the organization. That reduces clutter in the UI and supports stronger, more predictable access control.

Benefits
Less complexity: Start from a simple default setup and grow into more detailed structures only when you need them.
More focus: Users see the profiles, people, and content tied to their teams, with less noise and less reliance on manual filtering.
Safer delegation: Team Admins can manage users and resources for their teams without having full administrative rights to the entire account.
Faster onboarding: Users added to a team inherit access to that team’s resources, which cuts manual setup for large organizations.
What is new
The Team entity (replacing User Groups).
Team Roles (replacing the previous mix of account and profile-level roles).
Platform Admin for full account-level administration.
Team Admin for managing users and resources within assigned teams only.
Product access controls aligned with the Teams model.
Restrictive accounts where your organization needs strict separation between teams.
Profiles and channels are assigned to teams, not directly to individual users.
What is going away
User Groups, Account Roles, and Profile Roles are decommissioned in favor of Teams and Team Roles.
Direct assignment of channels to users is replaced by assignment through teams.

Listening
Reddit in Listening (Phase 2)
Phase 2 strengthens Reddit as a Listening source by giving you finer control over what is collected and by keeping the experience aligned with Reddit’s policies.
What’s new
Subreddit include and exclude: In the Listening query setup you can narrow Reddit listening to the communities that matter and exclude noisy or irrelevant subreddits.

Clear handling of deleted content and authors: When content or accounts are removed on Reddit, Emplifi reflects appropriate compliance-oriented states in the UI instead of showing data that must not remain visible.
Good to know
Exports: Raw Reddit content cannot be included in XLS/PDF exports from Listening (including Content Hub and Unified Analytics exports where Reddit applies). Export flows may show a warning where this limitation applies.
Listening only: This release does not add the ability to reply to Reddit posts or comments from Emplifi.
Not in this phase: Engagement metrics (for example scores or votes), historical backfill, and some automated backend handling for deleted users are not part of Phase 2 while data reliability is validated with Reddit.
Cross-posts: If a post from an excluded subreddit is cross-posted into an included subreddit, the instance in the included community can still appear.
Query activity log
You can now open an Activity log for a Listening query to see who changed what, and when, with a clear audit trail for governance and troubleshooting.
Open Settings → Listening, find your query, open the ⋯ menu on the row, and choose View activity log.

A side panel shows a chronological list of events, for example:
Query created or renamed
Status changes (started, paused, suspended)
Keyword updates
Source and scope updates (wide range vs specific profiles, language or country filters, source toggles, excluded profiles, and similar)
Date range changes
Mention limit adjustments

Good to know
Older edits made before user attribution was consistently stored may show Unknown user for the author. New changes should show the correct user.
Changes performed by automation (for example pausing when a mention limit is hit) or by Emplifi on your behalf still appear in the log when applicable.
If the log cannot be loaded, the UI shows a generic error; retry later or contact support if it persists.

Community and Care
React to Instagram DMs

In Community and Care, agents can react to an Instagram direct messages with an emoji without switching to the native Instagram app. Reactions apply to individual messages in a conversation, using the reaction types supported by the channel.

This release ships an updated Emplifi Bot experience. There is no planned downtime for this maintenance.
Unified Analytics updates
Multi-select channel and profile filters
The channel/profile filters in the top taskbar of Bot Unified Analytics now support selecting multiple profiles at once, so you can compare and analyze faster without repeatedly switching a single selection.
Table widget totals
Following customer feedback, Total columns in table widgets on the Overview and Performance dashboards are calculated to reflect new conversations in those widgets, making headline numbers easier to interpret.

Simple Intent Engine (beta)
Routing during escalation
In the Simple Intent Engine beta, intent matching is suppressed while a conversation is in an escalated state. Configured intents no longer activate after escalation, which avoids unintended interruptions from automated logic during human handoff.
