Share Your Feedback and Ideas with Emplifi
Emplifi product feedback portal allows you to submit ideas, see an overview of features that we are considering as well as the features that we have already launched.
This interaction hub will help you both shape and follow Emplifi platform development.
Look up a feature
Search is a great place to find out about the latest features and get a great sense of what’s ahead within the Emplifi platform.
Hit the search icon, type in a keyword and browse the result from all of the available tabs:

Browse the ideas that passed our initial scrutiny and that we are actively researching. We might reach out to you with other research methods, such as surveys, calls, etc.
Not all items in this pool will make it further. Sometimes you must hit a dead end street to find out that this was not the way forward.

See your feature here? Excellent, it’s now reached the development phase.
The Planned tab gives you a glimpse of the upcoming features, whether they came from our own research or developed from customers’ ideas.
And because planned doesn’t mean scheduled, you can still provide your feedback and opinions, as well as let us know how important this is to you.
Early access
The Early access tab will tell you which features are undergoing active testing by invited members of the Emplifi user community. If you see your idea here, it might be old news for you or you might be pleasantly surprised.
Either way, at this stage, there’s no specific release time frame for any of the features. Early access testing might send us back to the drawing board. We really want to make sure that when we eventually launch the feature, it will be really good. You can help us with your feedback even if you’re not selected for this testing phase.
Launched
The final frontier, features completed and released. Nicely arranged and linked to the Release Notes and Emplifi Documentation Center where you can get more details and practical how-to guides.
Even at this stage you can still vote and provide feedback on any of the features - maybe you see a way for improving it further or you just want to say thanks.
Submit new idea
If you did not find a feature that can solve your specific issue, using this form is the easiest way to share what you would like to see in Emplifi. It can be a grandiose suggestion or a hint at a minor improvement with a major impact.
All ideas, whether implemented or not, will help shape our platform. Your submitted idea is connected to you which makes it easy for us to get in touch with you to get more details and for you to follow how your submission is doing.
