Centralized User Access Overview for Teams
To ensure a clear user interface and proactively resolve security risks, we have remodeled the Profiles subsection of the Users panel to provide an improved overview of user access.
This overview gives admins a centralized visualization for all resolved permissions a user has for each social profile, based on their current team assignments. Rather than forcing admins to manually piece together permissions across multiple sections, this panel instantly surfaces the user's final access boundaries.

Profile Access Audit: Visualize the exact permissions a user has for every profile they can access, determined by their assigned teams.

Discrepancy Flagging: Instantly identify if a team member has been invited to the wrong team or provisioned with an incorrect team role.

Over-Privilege & Gap Detection: Spot at a glance if users miss specific required access or hold more platform permissions than their actual operational scope demands.

“Go to flow” shortcut fixes
The shortcut within the authoring canvas that allows users to click a button on the “go to flow” node to open the destination flow had been reported as no longer working. This fix restores that functionality.
Global leave guard improvements
The global leave guard (the notification menu that appears when clicking away from a specific page or aspect of authoring) has been improved to provide better options when navigating away from a screen, allowing users better opportunities to save or discard changes, minimising the risk of losing work that is unsaved.
Simple Intent Engine - improvements to unmatched intents
The Simple intent engine Beta has been updated to provide better accuracy when detecting an unmatched intent and taking a configured action based on that behaviour. This will improve the accuracy of intent matching and escalation actions when using the Simple Intent Engine.
