New Feature: Create Bots using Templates

We have added a new feature to make creating a bot even easier. You now have the option to select from pre-populated templates when authoring a bot. There are different templates available for social channels and your company website. Simply, select the Start with Template button and select the template you want to use. The bot conversation flow and nodes will display for the template you selected with note nodes to provide guidance as you modify the template. If you prefer, you can select the Create New Bot button to create the bot without a template.

Summary of Bug Fixes

Below is a summary of bug fixes in this release:

  • Fixed an issue that interprets smart apostrophes used on iPhones incorrectly.

  • Updated the notes nodes to display an error message if their text exceeds 500 characters.

  • Updated a scaling issue on mobile Chrome browser displays that caused the text input box to obscure the chat text.
