Publish Facebook Stories

With Publisher web, you can now schedule and publish stories for Facebook.

After you schedule or publish your post, you can find your post in the Calendar or any other feed in Publisher.

Due to Facebook API limitations, the following restrictions apply to stories within the Emplifi suite:

  • You cannot see stories that were published natively (directly through the Facebook platform) in Publisher. Also, any changes that were natively made to the story do not appear within Publisher.

  • Story mentions are not supported, and replies to stories are treated as direct messages without any reference to the story.

Library Homepage "Create" Prompts and Minor Visual Bugfixes

This release includes:

  • Restoring the homepage screen "Create" prompts
We restored the dynamic home pages that appear when clicking on a folder within the library tree (Conversation Flows, Intents, Routing Rules, and so on), allowing users to easily view specific guidance resources and use the specific "Create" buttons for those items.

  • Restoring the routing condition for Instagram story replies
We restored the routing condition for Instagram story replies, allowing users to create specific rules for replies on Instagram stories (which are treated as direct messages by Instagram).

  • Minor visual bugfixes
We released fixes for a few minor issues involving the visual alignment of a minority of fields within the new routing conditions view.
