Edit and Delete Saved Views from Unified Analytics Homepage

You can now edit or delete a save view directly from the Unified Analytics homepage. Simply hover the cursor over the specific saved view, and the Edit and Delete icons will appear.

Extended Character Limit for Posts Made by Profiles with X Premium

You can now create posts with up to 25,000 characters if your connected profile for X (formerly Twitter) has an X Premium subscription.

Check Who Added Profile to Your Emplifi Account

You can now quickly find out who added a social media profile (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, …) or a Google Business profile to the Emplifi account. The user who added a profile is displayed on the profile panel, next to the date when the profile was added.

Improvements to Escalation and Bugfixes

This release includes:

Planned updates to escalation mechanisms, removing the possibility of intents interrupting an agent conversation post-handover
This fixed an issue when a routing rule configured on an intent would in some cases allow the bot to interject if a customer triggered the routing rule post-handover.
Updates to how WhatsApp for Business profile names are displayed
For a more consistent experience, Whatsapp for Business profiles now appear in the same human-readable format as they are displayed in Settings -> Channels -> Social profiles.
Removal of the old escalations widget
As part of our planned updates and removal of old features, the old widget was removed to avoid any confusion for users.
Restoring the Skip intent processing button on Cards/Carousels within Flow Authoring
This fixed a small design issue that was preventing users activating the ability to skip intent processing for Card/Carousel options.
A bugfix for custom date range selections within analytics widgets
This fixed an issue where the custom data range within analytics was limiting users to a maximum date range of 2024.
