Why use this board
Use this board to see which Facebook posts and media types drove engagement in the selected period, so you can refine your content calendar and format mix.
Board controls

Select data source: Select Owned Facebook Profiles or Profile Labels. In order to use another data source type, please delete the current one and add a different data source type.

Adaptive filters: Open Filter in the toolbar to narrow posts by Content Label, Sentiment, Language, Country, Interest, Media Type, Content Type, Full text, Advanced filter, Origin of content, or Content visibility. Active filters appear as chips below the toolbar; remove a chip to clear that filter.

Date range: Defaults to the last 30 days. The board subtitle shows the active range when available.

Aggregated by: Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year.

Interactions: Interactions, Interactions per 1k followers.

Average unique video views
What it measures: The average number of unique users who viewed a video that was published during the selected date range. Facebook considers a video viewed when it was watched for 3+ seconds. Shown as a KPI with period-over-period change — use it to see whether the metric is rising or falling.

Sentiment of comments by percentage
What it measures: The percentage distribution of sentiments (Positive, Negative, Neutral) for all comments on posts that were published during the selected date range. Shown as a treemap — larger blocks mean a bigger share of the total; use it to see which categories dominate at a glance.

Reactions by percentage
What it measures: The percentage distribution of reactions (Like, Love, Care, Haha, Wow, Sad, and Angry) for the set of content published during the selected date range. Data is segregated by reaction type. This metric does not count reactions to reshared content. Shown as a treemap — larger blocks mean a bigger share of the total; use it to see which categories dominate at a glance.

Video views by paid vs. organic
What it measures: The lifetime number of views received by videos that were published during the selected date range. Facebook considers a video viewed when it was watched for 3+ seconds. Note: This metric compares post performance for organic vs. paid data. Some posts are counted in both categories if they appear as both organic and paid to a user. Shown as vertical bars — compare categories side by side to see which drives the most volume.

What it measures: Post-level metrics show data for posts published during a selected date range. Regardless of when an engagement happened, all post data is aggregated and displayed for the day the post was published.
