Lower TikTok Publishing Cap
TikTok has reduced the maximum number of posts you can publish through their API to 15 posts within a 24-hour period. This period of time starts from when the first post is published to the target account.
Publisher keeps track of your publishing history and will warn you when the limit is reached. If you schedule or publish posts through the API with tools other than Publisher, it is possible you will reach this limit before Publisher can warn you.

Bot
Transfer Logic, Conversation Breaks, and Routing Rule Logic
This release includes:
An update to case transfer logic between Bot and agents
The case population logic was improved in circumstances where an escalated case is transferred to another agent after the initial escalation.Initial contact events and conversation breaks
Bot now has an optional setting that allows users to automatically add an “initial contact event” after a conversation break is used in a Bot flow, allowing greater flexibility with routing logic and rule activation on social channels.Routing rules and escalation logic updates
Routing rules were updated to disable activation of any rules that result in a response or “go to flow” event being activated after a user has been escalated, while still allowing activation of variable modifications in cases that require it. This removes the issue with accidental activation of Bot responses after a handover event.
