Emplifi Ratings & Reviews Product Search
If you have the manager site role, you can open Product Search. With product search, you can find information about the active and inactive products inside your Ratings & Reviews site.
Steps:
In Emplifi Ratings & Reviews, click Settings → Product Search.
Use the search to filter the list of products. The list updates as you type.
Click on a product to open up a side panel with more details about the product.
After you open the side panel, you can bookmark or copy and paste the URL to share the product.
Search Your Ratings & Reviews Site Catalog
By default, when you open product search, Emplifi Ratings & Reviews displays a table with up to 50 results from your Active Only products, with a Load more button if more items are available.
The search results table shows the following information:

SKU | Stock keeping unit |
Type | Indicates whether the product is an item or bundle |
VPC | Variant Product Code |
Brand | Product brand |
Active | Indicates whether the product is active (true/false) |
Image | Shows processed image if available, otherwise original. Displays “N/A” if no image exists |
The table will automatically display more results if you scroll to the bottom of the page. You can also hover over or click on some values to copy them to your clipboard.
You can filter a direct search by the following categories:
Title, SKU, VPC
EAN
MPN
UPC
And you can further refine the search results by Brand and whether or not the products are active.
If you are unable to find an item in your catalog, check that you are filtering by the correct category and brand. It is also possible that you need to deselect Active Only.
Side panel
Clicking on a product in the list opens the search side panel which defaults to the Product Details section. At the top of the side panel is a header with more options.
Header
Open the more options menu (ellipses …) to view the main PDP, source image, or the resized version of the image via Emplifi’s CDN (content delivery network).

Product Details
The product details section appears by default when you open the search side panel and has the following information:

Attributes
This section appears only if your site has product attributes enabled.
When product attributes are enabled for your site, this section shows a list of the attributes assigned to the product. These are different from attributes that appear in the dimensions section of the product details panel.
AI Topics
If your site hasAI Review Topics enabled, this section contains the name of the AI review topics associated with the product.
Dimensions

View VPC Group Details
Clicking on a product in the list opens the side panel.
If the product is part of a VPC group, then the side panel for the product includes the VPC group option to quickly see a list of other products which are part of the VPC group.
You can click on any product in the VPC group list to open up the search side panel for that product.
View Bundle Details
Clicking on a product in the list opens the side panel:
If the product is part of a bundle, then the side panel for the product includes the Bundle parents option to quickly find the parent item for the bundle.
If the product is the parent item of a bundle (as in, the item that the other items are bundled into), then the side panel for the product includes the Bundle items option to quickly find the products that are a part of the bundle.
You can click on any product in the bundle lists to open up the search side panel for that product.
