Migrating Reviews from Bazaarvoice or PowerReviews

To migrate existing historical reviews from Bazaarvoice to Emplifi Ratings & Reviews, send Emplifi the BV export file, usually called bv_CLIENT NAME_standard_client_feed.xml. The export file is sometimes formatted as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, which is acceptable.

To migrate existing historical reviews from PowerReviews to Emplifi Ratings & Reviews, send Emplifi the PR export file, usually called review_data_complete.xml.

Reviews must be in .xml , .xls, or .xlsx format. Other formats, such as .xsl, are not compatible.
