This feed allows you to opt your customers out of receiving any emails from Emplifi Ratings & Reviews on your behalf if they have previously chosen to opt out of emails via your system. This is an optional feed.
Providing the email opt-out feed to Emplifi Ratings & Reviews
You can provide your email opt-out feed to Emplifi Ratings & Reviews by manually uploading the file, supplying the file's URL or FTP location, or setting up automated collection via the TurnTo API for Emplifi Ratings & Reviews.
Manual File Upload
Steps:

In Emplifi Ratings & Reviews, click Settings → Feeds → Email opt-out feed.

Select your file, and then click Submit.
Upload File by URL or FTP
Steps:

In Emplifi Ratings & Reviews, click Settings → Manage Site.

In the Opt-out Feed Url field, enter the URL or FTP location of your opt-out file.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update to save your changes.

Emplifi Ratings & Reviews email opt-out feed format
The opt-out list is a text file with each email address on its own line. The file can contain as many email addresses as necessary.
For your reference, the following is a sample Email Opt Out Feed file.

Getting opt-outs from Emplifi Ratings & Reviews
When a shopper opts out of an Emplifi Ratings & Reviews email, you may want to unsubscribe that user from other emails in your own system. You can choose to receive a file with email addresses for all users who have unsubscribed from emails. This is handled in another feed.
