Metric groups on content cards vs post detail
In Content Overview, each card shows metric groups:
-
Public metrics — metrics available without profile insights
-
Organic — organic performance metrics
-
Insights — metrics from connected profile insights
-
Shared Insights — metrics from influencer opt-in content
-
Custom Metrics — account-defined metrics
Post detail shows the complete metric set for the post across Overview, Post Insights, and platform-specific video sections.
Content cards show a subset of metrics. If a metric is missing from a card, open the relevant post detail section or sort the feed by that metric to see it on the card. See Understanding Metrics on Content Cards in Content Hub.
Overview
The Overview section shows the post preview, key performance numbers, reactions breakdown (where available), and content labels. Use it for a summary of the post’s performance and to apply or remove content labels (up to 18 labels in post detail).
Post Insights
Post Insights shows platform-specific insights metrics for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube when the profile has insights connected.
If insights are not connected for the profile, Post Insights shows guidance for connecting insights.
Performance Prediction
Performance Prediction shows the predicted performance grade (A+ through D) and grade evolution for brand’s organic Facebook and Instagram posts.
Grades are also visible as tags on content cards in Feed search results. Learn more: Predict the Performance of Your Profile and Content
Video insights sections
Video posts may include additional sections under Video insights in the post detail menu:
-
Facebook: Video reach & Views, View time, and Video retention
-
YouTube: Video views and View time, Video subscribers, and Video retention
Comments and replies
The Comments or Replies section shows a sample of audience feedback on the post. This is for a quick qualitative read, not full comment analysis or moderation.
Comment counts on the post card reflect the platform-reported total. The comments shown in post detail may be a subset. For full comment workflows, use Community. See Comments in Content Hub.
Instagram boosted posts
When the IG Boosted Data feature is enabled on your account, Insights metrics on content cards can include paid impressions and interactions for boosted Instagram posts.
Before reviewing paid data, connect all ad accounts you use to boost posts. If a post shows an incorrect Organic or Promoted tag, use Report incorrect tag on the tag tooltip.
Reuse in Publisher
From post detail, click Reuse in Publisher to schedule the post content in Publisher.
This option is available for photo and status posts. It is not available for album posts.
Navigate between posts
When post detail is open, use the previous and next controls to move through posts from your current search results without returning to the feed.
