After you run a search in Content → Feed, use the results header and content cards to browse, compare, label, and save content.
When Feed data refreshes
Content Hub does not refresh Feed results on a timer. Posts and metrics on screen stay as they were on your last search until you trigger a new query.
Feed refetches posts and metrics when you:
-
Click Search
-
Change the date range
-
Change the sort order
-
Apply a saved search
-
Refresh the browser
-
Return to Content → Feed after navigating elsewhere in the app
Each search queries the latest data Emplifi has indexed for your selected profiles and date range. This applies to public profiles as well as owned profiles. Public profiles show Public metrics from that indexed data.
If you keep the same search open without taking one of the actions above, the cards and metrics on screen do not update automatically.
Switch between Content Overview and Performance View
Feed shows search results in one of two views:
|
View |
Best for |
|---|---|
|
Content Overview |
Browsing posts as visual cards with key metrics, tags, and content labels |
|
Performance View |
Comparing metrics across posts in a sortable table |
Content Overview is the default. Switch views using the icons in the results header.
In Performance View, use the table preset dropdown to choose or customize which columns appear. You can create custom presets, set a default preset, and edit or remove presets you no longer need.
Sort results
Use Sort by in the results header to order posts by a metric such as Date, Interactions, Reach, Paid Reach, or Organic Reach.
When you sort by a metric that is not shown on a content card by default, that metric is added to the card in Content Overview. This lets you compare values without opening each post.
Some sort options restrict which posts appear in the results. For example:
-
Sorting by Relevance Score shows a maximum of 60 results.
-
Sorting by an insights-only metric may show only posts from platforms or content types where that metric is available.
When results are restricted, a warning icon appears in the results header. Hover over the icon for an explanation.
Understand content cards
Each content card in Content Overview shows:
-
Profile, publish date, and post preview
-
Metric groups: public metrics, Organic, Insights (or Shared Insights), and Custom Metrics when defined
-
Content labels applied to the post
-
Tags that describe the post type or status
Click a card to open post detail and see the full metric set. See Understanding Metrics on Content Cards in Content Hub.

When a post supports saving, hover over the card and click the bookmark icon (Save content to collection).
In the Save Content to Collection window, select one or more collections and choose which parts of the content to save: Photo, Video, Text, and/or Content Labels.
Save to collection is available for photo, status, carousel, album, and video posts with a preview. It is not yet available for TikTok, Snapchat, or Reels posts.
See Content Collections for collection management.
