Care Keyword List Condition

The Keyword list condition element for Care Flow Automations filters cases by specific lists of keywords or phrases. You can create the list in settings. For more information, see Set Up a Keyword List.

• Message contains (logic)

  • any of

  • none of

• Message origin

  • Incoming messages
    Filters only incoming case messages.

  • All messages (Incoming + Outgoing)
    Filters both incoming and outgoing messages.

• Keyword list
  You can choose from only lists that are you in your keyword list.

Each branch of a flow, including its else branches, can have a combined total of 4 Keyword List and Full-text condition elements.
