Care Profile Labels Condition

The Profile labels condition element for Care Flow Automations filters cases by profile labels assigned to owned profiles.

Logic options:

• is any of — The condition is met if the profile has at least one of the selected labels.

• is all of — The condition is met if the profile has all of the selected labels.

• is none of — The condition is met if the profile has none of the selected labels.
