Care Case Created Time Condition

The Case created time condition element for Care Flow Automations filters cases by the time they were created.

The format of the date when making your selections is determined by the Date Format setting in Settings → Personal Settings.

• Relative time range
  Sets the time frame in which cases were created, relative to the current time. For example, setting a time frame of 1d12h30m would filter cases that were created 1 day, 12 hours, and 30 minutes ago in a rolling window relative to the current time.

• Specific time range
  Sets an exact date or a date range.

  • Timezone
    The timezone to use when filtering cases for the selected time range. The default is UTC.
