Care Case Closed Condition
The Case Closed condition element for Care Flow Automations filters cases by whether they are closed or not closed.
Closed
Filters cases with the status of Done (after the grace period), Spam, or Deleted. These are cases that will not reopen when a new message from a customer arrives.Not closed
Filters cases with the status of New, Open, Pending, On hold, or Done (in the grace period). These are cases that will reopen when a new message from a customer arrives.
