The Managed Profiles condition element for Care Flow Automations filters cases by owned profiles that the user has Community view permissions for. To learn more, see Profile Roles.
If the person who created the flow later loses permission to the profile, the flow becomes view-only to that user but the flow does not become inactive if already active.
