Sent messages

General description
All the sent messages you find in Community (both the messages sent from Community and the messages sent natively - directly from the social media platform), namely:

  • Replies to comments

  • Replies to ad comments

  • Direct conversations

    • info Whole conversations, not individual direct messages in the conversations, are counted. A direct conversation is included when at least one message in this conversation was sent within the date range defined in the widget.

    • warning Depending on the widget configuration, the same direct conversation may be counted more than once.
      Example: The date range defined in the widget is set to January-March, and the data is broken down by month. If a conversation contains messages from January and messages from February, this conversation will be counted twice: it will be included in the number of messages in January and in the number of messages in February.

The sent messages that were hidden or deleted are included.
