Care Update Case Fields Action

The Update case fields action element for Care Flow Automations updates the case fields of a case.

Select the values to update for the needed case fields.

The Case field options you have depend on the case fields in your account. To learn more, see Create Case Fields in Care.

You can specify how you want case fields to be updated:

• Update & replace existing values
  Updates case fields of any type always to selected values, overwriting the existent ones;

• Update & keep existing values
  Updates multi-select case fields to selected values, adding new to the existent ones;

• Update if not filled
  Updated case fields only if the selected case fields are not yet filled.T
