Care Send Email Action

The Send email action element for Care cases Automations sends an email notification to selected users when the action is triggered.

  • Recipient/s — Select one or more recipients to receive the email notification. You can choose from individual users, user groups, or the currently assigned user(s) of the case that triggered the flow.

  • Subject — Enter the subject line of the email.

  • Body — Type the email message content. Use the Preview option to see how the email will appear to recipients in both light and dark mode before saving.

  • Include link to related content — When enabled, the email includes a link to the case that triggered the flow.

  • Include link to this flow — When enabled, the email includes a link to the flow automation that sent it.

The email is sent from Emplifi and includes the account name and a footer note indicating that the email was sent automatically by a Flow automation. Recipients can unsubscribe from email notifications at any time.
