The Send email action element for Care cases Automations sends an email notification to selected users when the action is triggered.

Recipient/s — Select one or more recipients to receive the email notification. You can choose from individual users, user groups, or the currently assigned user(s) of the case that triggered the flow.

Subject — Enter the subject line of the email.

Body — Type the email message content. Use the Preview option to see how the email will appear to recipients in both light and dark mode before saving.

Include link to related content — When enabled, the email includes a link to the case that triggered the flow.

Include link to this flow — When enabled, the email includes a link to the flow automation that sent it.
The email is sent from Emplifi and includes the account name and a footer note indicating that the email was sent automatically by a Flow automation. Recipients can unsubscribe from email notifications at any time.
