Care Unassign Users Action

The Unassign users action element for Care Flow Automations removes assigned users (agents) from cases. You can unassign all users or only the users that match the filter criteria of the action element:

  • Unassign all users
    Removes all the assigned users.

  • Unassign users matching filters
    Targets and unassigns only specific users that you define within the action:

    • User/User group
      Unassigns specific users or user groups

    • User status
      Unassigns users according to their status in Care:

      • Away

      • Online

      • Offline

    • Skill
      Unassigns users according to their skills defined in Care. Click Skill to create a group of skills to select. You can add up to ten groups of skills.
