Incoming vs sent messages

General description
All the messages you find in Community, incoming and sent (both the messages sent from Community and the messages sent natively - directly from the social media platform), including those that were hidden or deleted:

• Comments

• Ad comments

• Replies

• Mentions

• Wall posts

• Direct conversations
  Whole conversations, not individual direct messages in the conversations, are counted. A direct conversation is included when at least one message in this conversation was sent within the date range defined in the widget.
