Care Case Field Update Trigger

The Case field update trigger for Care Flow Automations reacts to updates to the values of a specific Case field:

  • Case field changed
    Triggers the flow whenever the value of a specific case field changes.

  • Case field changed: from... to...
    Triggers the flow whenever the value of a specific case field changes from one value to another value that you’ve defined.

  • Case field set
    Triggers the flow whenever the value of a specific case field is set to a value that you’ve defined.

  • text

    • exact match

    • any value

    • empty

  • single select

    • any of

    • none of

    • any value

    • empty

  • multi select

    • including all of

    • including any of

    • none of

    • any value

    • empty

  • number

    • equaling

    • not equaling

    • any value

    • empty

  • date

    • exact date

    • any value

    • empty
