Care Assignee Update Trigger

The Assignee update trigger element for Care Flow Automations reacts to user case assignments:

  • Assignee changed
    Triggers the flow when an assigned agent is updated on a care case.

  • Assignee changed: from... to...
    Triggers the flow whenever a case’s assigned agents changes from one group of agents to another group of agents that you’ve defined (each group may contain one or more agent selection).

  • Assignee set
    Triggers the flow when specific users or groups of users are assigned the case.

Logic options:

  • any of

  • none of

  • anyone

  • no one
