Care Priority Trigger

The Priority trigger for Care Flow Automations reacts to changes to case priority:

• Priority changed
  Triggers the flow whenever a case's priority changes.

• Priority changed: from... to...
  Triggers the flow whenever a case’s priority changes from one group of priorities to another group of priorities that you’ve defined (each group may contain one or more priorities).

• Priority set
  Define priorities that will trigger the flow when applied to a case.
