Care Case Status Trigger

The Case status trigger for Care Flow Automations reacts to case status updates:

  • Status changed
    Triggers the flow whenever a case's status changes.

  • Status changed: from... to...
    Triggers the flow whenever a case’s status changes from one group of statuses to another group of statuses that you’ve defined (each group may contain one or more statuses).

  • Status set
    Define statuses that will trigger the flow when applied to a case.
