Why use this board

Use this board to track live shopping appointments; monitor booking volume, show rates, and outcomes by advisor or store.

Board controls

  • Data source: Select a value from the toolbar.

  • Clerks: Select a value from the toolbar.

  • Aggregation: Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year.

  • Date range: Defaults to the last 30 days. The board subtitle shows the active range when available.

Average CSAT

What it measures: The average of all csats (customer satisfaction scores) across all successful appointments within the selected date range. Shown as a single KPI — use it as the headline number for the selected period.

Metrics: Average CSAT

Confirmed appointments

What it measures: The total number of bookings that were not cancelled (i.e. they are either still scheduled to happen or have happened). Shown as a KPI with period-over-period change — use it to see whether the metric is rising or falling.

Created appointments

What it measures: The total number of bookings that were made, regardless of whether the booking has already happened, have been cancelled or are yet to happen. Shown as a single KPI — use it as the headline number for the selected period.

Shows evolution

What it measures: The number of confirmed bookings where neither the advisor nor the user showed up, along with those where only the user or only the advisor did not show up. Shown as vertical bars — compare categories side by side to see which drives the most volume.
