Agents' performance

General description
Review how much time agents take to respond to messages and how many messages they resolve.

For each agent, the widget displays:

  • The number of public replies (replies to comments and replies to ad comments) sent by the agent

  • The number of direct conversations the agent had
    info Whole conversations, not individual direct messages in the conversations, are counted. A direct conversation is included when at least one message in this conversation was sent within the date range defined in the widget.

The replies/messages that were hidden or deleted are included.

Any replies/messages that were sent natively (directly from the social media platform) are not included.
