Agents' performance
General description
Review how much time agents take to respond to messages and how many messages they resolve.
For each agent, the widget displays:
The number of public replies (replies to comments and replies to ad comments) sent by the agent
The number of direct conversations the agent had
Whole conversations, not individual direct messages in the conversations, are counted. A direct conversation is included when at least one message in this conversation was sent within the date range defined in the widget.
The replies/messages that were hidden or deleted are included.
Any replies/messages that were sent natively (directly from the social media platform) are not included.
