Priority

The priority of the newly created Care case:

  • Urgent

  • High

  • Medium

  • Low

Case fields

The case fields you want to apply to the newly created Care case. The case fields that appear on the list depend on your case fields. The logic options you have for each case field depends on the types of case fields you have. To learn more, see Create Case Fields in Care.

  • Update & replace existing values

  • Update if not filled

  • Update & keep existing values
