Community Update Message Status Action

The Update message status action element for Community Flow Automations assigns a status to messages:

• In progress

• No action

• Done

Usage examples

The following examples are of when the update message status action might be useful.

No-content messages to Done

Mark messages that don’t have actionable content as Done.

Keyword list matching messages

Assign the No action status to messages that contain words from your Keyword list (see Set Up a Keyword List).

Keyword list matching messages

Assign the In progress status to messages that you’ve sent an auto-reply to.
