Copy a Dashboard to Unified Analytics

This section describes features that are only available within Emplifi’s early access program.

You can easily copy your dashboards to Unified Analytics and speed up your migration to Unified Analytics or refine your analytics.

When you copy a dashboard into Unified Analytics, this is what to expect:

Only the dashboard structure, widgets, and widget filters are migrated. After the board appears in the My Boards section, you will have to:
- select data sources
- adjust aggregation
- re-apply report scheduling settings
Some dashboard widgets may not work yet in Unified Analytics.
The imported board will be private until you decide to share it.
A dashboard entity corresponds to what in Unified Analytics is known as saved view of a board.

To export a dashboard into Unified Analytics, follow these steps.

Open the dashboard that you want to migrate.
Click Export, then click Copy to Unified Analytics.
Review the notes and click Copy dashboard.
When the copy process stops
- click Open board in the pop-up modal…
- …or navigate to Unified Analytics > My boards and open the board that you just copied.

The dashboards that you export from the Dashboard module end up in Unified Analytics > My boards.
