Community Sentiment Condition

The Sentiment condition element for Community Flow Automations filters messages by their sentiment.

These filters only apply to direct messages in direct conversations. For more information, see Direct Conversation and Direct Message

  • Message filter
    Filters messages by their sentiment.

  • Conversation filter
    Filters messages according to the sentiment of their conversation.

A conversation’s sentiment is determined by analyzing the last 10 user messages (agents’ entries are ignored). Therefore, we do not recommend combining conversation and keyword conditions.

  • Sentiment
    Filters the message based on the sentiment selection:

    • Positive

    • Neutral sentiment

    • Negative sentiment

    • No sentiment
