Community Care case closed Trigger
The Care case closed trigger element for Community Flow Automations reacts to changes in the closed status of a connected Care case:
Any change
Triggers the flow for a message when a connected Care case becomes closed or not closed.Case not closed
Triggers the flow for a message whenever a connected closed Care case becomes not closed.Case is closed
Triggers the flow for a message whenever a connected Care case becomes closed.
A Care case becomes closed when its status is set to Done and the grace period has elapsed, or when it is forcefully closed.
If a customer sends a new message while the case is still in the grace period, the case reopens automatically.
If the grace period has already elapsed, a new Care case is created instead and the original case context is lost.
