Care Messages New Case Message Trigger

The New case message trigger for Care Messages Flow Automations reacts to new incoming messages in Care cases:

  • Incoming message
    Triggers the flow when a new message is received for a Care case.
    (info) An incoming message is a message that is sent to to an owned profile.

  • Outgoing message
    Triggers the flow when a new outgoing message is sent for a Care case.
    (info) An outgoing message is a message sent from an owned profile/agent.
