Getting Started with Emplifi UGC Checklist
Use this general checklist to begin exploring the different sections of the Emplifi UGC module. In order to fully utilize everything, please make sure to complete each of these step by step. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Admin
Add a User to an Emplifi Account
Users in the Emplifi Platform will not appear as team members in Emplifi UGC → Settings → Team until they visit the UGC module at least once.Enable your privacy settings so that our professional services can help you if needed.
Connect your social profiles, especially Instagram and Facebook for proper collection.
Integration
Import your products, so they can be assigned to your content. To learn more, see Add or Import Products.
Install the conversion pixel and engagement tracking pixel for your analytics.
Collection
Create an album and have your collection settings set to start collecting/curating content. To learn more, see Album Basics.
Curation
Filter, approve, and deny content. To learn more, see Curate Collected Content.
Set up your permission templates. To learn more, see Send Permission Requests.
Assign products/tags to your content. To learn more, see Tag a Product in a Piece of Content in an Album.
Publishing
Publish your first widget display. To learn more, see Publish a Website Gallery.
Publish UGC that you’ve collected to your socials through the Emplifi Publisher Calendar.
Analytics
View the analytics for your albums and collected content. To learn more, see Analytics Basics.
Generate and download custom analytic reports.
CRM
Import your Influencers into the Influencers module for your Emplifi account to start keeping track of them. To learn more, see Contacts.
