Ad Accounts

To help you streamline ad account management, we redesigned the section under Settings that held ad accounts: it now has a new location, an enhanced layout, advanced filtering capabilities, and bulk operations.

The redesigned section still offers you all the features that were available in the previous version.

All your existing ad accounts remain intact.

New Location within Settings

All ad accounts are now located under Channels -> Ad accounts.

If you access the previous location, which was under Data connections -> Ad accounts, from the UI or by its direct URL at https://app.emplifi.io/[your_account_id]/settings/data-connections/ads, you will be automatically redirected to Channels -> Ad accounts.

Enhanced Layout

The ad accounts are now displayed in a table, which gives you an overview of your ad accounts and better visibility of their connection status, the number of assigned users, and the users who are currently connected to each ad account.

Just like in the previous version of the layout, you can search for ad accounts by their name.

The ad account panel got a new layout too:

  • The tabs were moved to the left side of the panel.

  • The Details tab was removed.

  • The color code, which was previously located on the Details tab, is now located on the top of the panel and is always visible regardless of what tab of the panel you are on.

You can now filter ad accounts by various criteria:

  • By social media platform

  • By connection status

  • By assigned users

Publisher

Support for X (formerly Twitter) Mixed Media Posts

With the new Mixed media post type available for X (formerly Twitter), you can now schedule and publish up to four assets that are a mix of photos, gifs, or videos. Whenever Publisher detects more than one asset, it automatically selects the Mixed media post type for you.

With the Mixed media post type, you can also create post combinations that were previously impossible, for example:

  • A post with more than one gif

  • A post that has more than one video
