People Insights: New Board for Facebook and Instagram
In Unified Analytics, we added a new board, People insights, to Facebook and Instagram in the Profile performance module.
Use the People insights board to analyze demographic data of your audience (their country, language, age, and so on).

Care
Process Multiple Cases at Once
In Care, you can now process multiple cases at once.
Here is what you can now do in bulk:
Assign cases to a Care agent.
Update a case field in cases.
Change the status of cases.
Delete cases from Care.
This helps you save precious time when you have a lot of cases to go through and perform the same action for each of the cases: instead of doing it one by one, select all the cases and do it in one go.
Of course, you can still perform these operations on individual cases too.

For the customers who integrated the Care module with Salesforce
We added two new dashboard widgets that you can use to analyze Care/Salesforce operations:
Escalated Salesforce cases (Care) to display the total number of cases that were escalated from Care to Salesforce.
Escalated Salesforce Social Posts to display the number of Social Posts escalated from Care to Salesforce.

API
Support for OAuth 2.0 Authorization
If you are using the Emplifi API, you can now use OAuth 2.0 for authorization. The Emplifi API supports the authorization code flow.
OAuth 2.0 authorization is available per request. If you want to give it a try, please contact Emplifi Support at support@emplifi.io.
If you want to continue using the basic HTTP authorization with a token and a secret, you can absolutely do so. We are not changing it in any way.

Deprecation of Several Facebook Metrics
Meta deprecated several Facebook metrics on March 14, 2024.
This affected a few modules of the Emplifi platform, including Dashboard and legacy Analytics, and the Emplifi APIs.
