Search within Care

Search allows you to quickly find a specific case that you or other agents or supervisors are or were working on.

The search engine looks in the following areas:

  • message text

  • profile names

  • case IDs if hash sign + number is used (#123)

To help you narrow down the results, the search only looks in the cases in the current view. This allows you to search, for example, only within the new cases or your cases that are on hold.
