Listrak
Listrak is an email service provider (ESP) and digital marketing automation platform. Emplifi Ratings & Reviews integrates with Listrak to trigger transactional email sends.
Integrating with Listrak
Setting up the Listrak integration consists of creating the integration in Listrak, collecting integration details, and sending that information to Emplifi Ratings & Reviews. All of these steps must be completed in order to successfully set up your Listrak integration.
Steps:
Log into your Listrak account.
In the navigation bar, click Manage > Integrations.
Click New Integration.
Click Email API.
Click Setup Integration.
Under Integration Name, enter a name for this integration.
Under Access Levels, check these boxes to specify which areas of the API should be made accessible:
Contact
Event
List
Message
Reporting
Segmentation
In the IP Address Whitelist section, enter each of these IP addresses one at a time as Single IP Address and click Add.

You may have to click Save a second time.Note the Client ID and Client Secret.

Emplifi Ratings & Reviews uses the Listrak Email REST API to trigger transactional email sends. Specifically, we call the Listrak Email API Contact resource using the details you provide, which subscribes or updates individual contacts on your list and triggers an email as an external event to that specific contact.
Inbox Submission / Question Mail and Listrak
The Emplifi Ratings & Reviews Inbox Submission widget, which allows the shopper to write a complete review inside of an email message without leaving the email client, has limited compatibility with Listrak. Inbox Submission without customization is supported, but email customization (headers, footers, calls to action) are not supported when using Listrak as an ESP.
Similarly, the Emplifi Ratings & Reviews Question Mail widget, which allows the shopper to answer other shopper product questions without leaving the email client, has the same limited compatibility with Listrak.
