Review Interactions per 1,000 Followers

In Unified Analytics, whenever you are reviewing interactions for your profiles (both owned and public), you can now switch between the total number of interactions and the number of interactions per 1,000 followers.

Switching to the number of interactions per 1,000 followers is available on the following social media platforms:

Facebook
Instagram
LinkedIn
X (former Twitter)
YouTube

Compare Two Profiles from Different Social Media Platforms

In Unified Analytics, you can now easily compare two profiles from different social media platforms directly in the Profile performance module. Under Cross-platform, go to the Overview board, and click Profile vs. profile.

Filter Profiles by Shared Insights

You can now filter profiles by shared insights.

This is applicable only to public Instagram profiles because the other social media platforms do not support this connection type.

Upcoming Deprecation of Several Facebook Metrics

Meta is going to deprecate several Facebook metrics on March 14, 2024.

This will affect a few modules of the Emplifi platform, including Dashboard and legacy Analytics, and the Emplifi APIs.
